Shipping Policy

School Gear.ie dispatch all orders via An Post or DPD. In most instances, your order will be dispatched with 72 hours of your placing your order (subject to stock availability).

 

During peak season, (April - August) production and dispatch times might vary. In the event where we are unable to allocate stock / fulfil your order immediately, we will follow up with you advising on an estimated date of arrival.

 

We advise ordering your School uniform for the next school year by May or June. 

 

From the date of dispatch, please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery.ā€‹

Return & Exchange Policy

Faulty and Damaged Items

We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt and we'll gladly remedy the issue. Faulty and damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

Unwanted Items 

Simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging using a tracked delivery method. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.

Personalised Goods

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. garments personalised with name) may not be returned.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: Items that have been personalised with a name are non-refundable.

In order to return your purchases, you will need to email our customer services requesting an RNA number.

This number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging before returning. 

Return your parcel using a tracking service by your local An Post office or courier company. 

We cannot refund or be held responsible for missing goods.
